The terms and conditions for using Promotics Studio.

By accessing or using Promotics Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Promotics Studio provides a self-hosted online store builder platform. We set up and host your store on our servers, and you manage your products, orders, and customers through our admin panel.
To use the Service, you must provide accurate information during the setup process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
A one-time setup fee of Rs 9,999 is required to launch your store. This covers initial configuration, domain setup, and store customization.
A monthly hosting fee of Rs 500 is charged to keep your store online. This includes server hosting, security updates, maintenance, and future feature updates.
We do not charge any transaction fees on your sales. You keep 100% of your revenue.
Fees are payable via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Late payments may result in service suspension.
You retain full ownership of your domain name at all times. You may point it anywhere, anytime. There is no domain lock-in or transfer restriction. Upon cancellation, the store system and templates remain on our servers to protect our intellectual property.
You may not use the Service to sell or distribute:
The Promotics Studio platform, including its code, design, templates, and branding, is our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the platform for your store while your account is active. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform code.
Promotics Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
You may cancel at any time. The setup fee is non-refundable after your store is configured. Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the current month. Upon cancellation, your store data is retained for 30 days for you to export, after which it is securely deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through your admin dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law.
